10) Availability and International Use
- The Site is operated from the USA. It may not be available or appropriate outside the USA. If you access from another location, you do so at your own risk and must comply with local laws.
11) Pricing Policy

16) Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
- If a dispute arises, you must first attempt to settle it in writing with a 30-day response period.
- Notices go to:
- Chain Breakers: 1003 West 8th St Ave, Chico, CA 95973
- You: to your last-used billing/shipping address
- If unresolved, disputes proceed to binding individual arbitration (no courts). You waive the right to a jury trial and to join or participate in class actions or consolidated proceedings.
- Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Rules. If AAA is unavailable, the parties will agree on another provider.
- Filing and arbitrator fees follow AAA rules. Chain Breakers will reimburse fees for claims under $1,000 if you win. If a claim is found to be frivolous or in bad faith, you may be responsible for some costs.
- The arbitrator can award the same remedies available in court but any relief must be individualized. If a law requires, a claim may proceed in court, severed from arbitration.
- This Arbitration Agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and survives termination of the Terms.
17) Termination
- Except for the Arbitration Agreement, which survives, either you or Chain Breakers may terminate the Terms by stopping use of the Site.
- Chain Breakers may terminate access for noncompliance. Obligations incurred before termination survive.
18) General
- The Terms and the Arbitration Agreement are governed by California law. The failure to enforce a provision does not waive it or other provisions.
- This is the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior communications.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us through the Site’s provided channels.
